    Hello,When we enable or disable an auto-disco services rule, they are no confirmation pop-up.Or, recently, one of my colleague has enabled inadvertenly all the rules. We have saw this after the evening job when we had several thousands of new services (and a big latency...).Don’t you think it is a good idea to have a confirmation pop-up for enabling/disabling an auto-disco services rule ?

    Hi,In my company we use nagstamon in order to have pop up events sent by centreon. Could you consider developing a similar tool to meet this need? Users would have a client maintained by centreon and compatible with all centreon versions.(The latest version of nagstamon 3.10 seems to be not comptatible withc 21.x version of centreon). Thanks.Arnaud.

    Hello, at the moment it is not possible to restore a deleted custom view. If the owner deletes the view by mistake, they must rebuild it manually. The data are located into several tables (custom_views and widget tables). A function to export view could be nice.

    Idea: populate automatically Hostgroup.In enterprise, naming convention is often used, and then it could be nice to automatically add host in hostgroup.Example:Regexp: srvesx.* => add these hosts in Hostgroup ESX servers Regexp: srvmysql.* => add these hosts in Hostgroup mySQL servers etc….Let decide if the remove have to be automatically (a server name “foo” in HG ESXserver that do not match regexp have to be removed or not?)

    When we delete a service or host, the RRD file isn’t deleted.It would be beneficial if the RRD file in /var/lib/centreon/metrics was automatically deleted whenever a host or service is deleted.Currently, this does not occur and over time, the accumulation of unnecessary RRD files can significantly increase the amount of occupied space.Implementing this feature would help to efficiently manage and maintain Centreon's system resources

    Better managing parentalityNeeds Votes

    Hello,Parentality is a good feature (avoiding alerts when the parent host is unavailable). However one drawback is having to link all of the hosts to the same poller. Which is non sense and against best practicesSo we have a good feature that cannot be used. Frustration ! Please vote for the feature as it is always useful to have lesser alerts (less false positive) and to focus on the cause without any annoyance Example : one of your gateways is down, so of course hosts behind it will not respond to Centreon’s ping checks, even if the hosts are up and running. So your monitor is all with red critical alerts, generating annoyance and pollution when you really don’t need it, operators are dealing with false positive while you can’t easily find the root cause

    Hi,I deactivated the old pages to force myself using the new imposed Resources status page. I barely find a new problem everyday. 😤If I list hosts (type:host) I wan’t to see their aliases. But all services, this field is always empty: this is yet another loss of display space. Same goes for the FQDN/Address columnThe idea would be to save the column selection (and their display order) with the filter.

    ​  Hi,Persona : administrator, centreon user.Problem to solve :Widgets in customs views or notification mails provide http link to directly reach a « description frame » (1) in the resources status window. Ex :In the same time the display filter hasn’t been reset, so the rest of information displayed (2) have no link with the (1) (or only by chance). It’s bewildering, specially for lambda users.Expected outcome : a tuned display for the 2 frames.Potential solutions : dynamically set the filter to the relevant host according to the service/host in frame (1).Regards.​

    HelloWhen we use the port forwarding to connect to the pollers, we have the same IP but a different port.Currently it’s not possible to create multiple poller with the same IP:Can you add this possibility? Or just display a warning popup when the IP is already used?

Problem, SNMP stack is not always configured or allowed on whole infra.Could it be possible to add a way (a script launch by check_nrpe for example) to retrieve/update services/filesystem discovery once a client is added to Centreon ? Thx

    Resources Status page - Show resource’s parent information instead of resource information when clicking on parentNeeds Votes

    Hi,Services have the host they’re linked to as their parent resource. Would be nice if clicking on a host name (ie: in the “Parent” column) would show the host’s information for this host, instead of the service’s information.Currently, if I want to see the host’s alias (which often contains a description of what this host is), I have to also display hosts, find it and click on it. It is not very handy.Moreover, what is missing the most is the mouse-over popups. These popups should also show service’s information or host’s information, according to what resource one is moving the mouse over.I don’t know what other people think but the now (sadly) deprecated Services page was functioning like this and I use to use it a lot everyday.

    Restrict web wizard updates to authorized usersDuplicate

    Any user which have access to the GUI (login page without being connected) can launch the steps of the update process, and this can cause a lot of problems.It’s possible to enable a maintenance mode on Apache manually as a workaround but an “integrated” approach would be much preferable.Another solution can be to stop Apache and have a script to launch manually allowing to perform the actions performed by the wizard.
