    Make CMA Agent betterReleased

    Hi all,Juste tried to implement a single Linux Host with the CMA agent configured on my poller (Centreon 24.10.12)I chose the default mode : "The Agents connects to the Poller".Everything is working well, but I am suprised to see that:- All the services are by in Passive Mode (→ not possible to force check)- If the centagent service (On the monitored host) fails to start or stops for any reason : All the services will remain OK status … so no alert … which means that the host is not rmonitored any more.  (This is inherent to the PASSIVE MODE)​​​​​​​- Another consequence is that (with passive service) you cannot see the real Command executed by the probe by clicking on it  (As we have with Active probes).I was expecting that the agent would initiate the connection to the poller while starting only… and that then: the probes executions would be initiated by the poller (as active services).Is there any improvement planned or that or is it wanted to be working like that ?I was told that services are also all passive with the other mode : "The Poller connects to the Agent".(I didn’t try it again)Thanks a lot,Kind Regards.

    We should have the possibility to stop services checks if host is down, at the poller level, without configure all the dependencies for all the hosts.A poller can be very slow due to a large number of timeouts if I have partial network failures, for example.

    Hello,I was used to add some hosts to centreon 2.8 with this ansible module project: https://github.com/guillaumewatteeux/ansible-centreonUnfortunately, it doesn’t work anymore since I upgraded to 21.04/21.10/22.04.I guess that many things changed since 2.8 but centreon-sdk-python https://github.com/centreon/centreon-sdk-python hasn’t been modified for 4 years. Two possible deductions: either the sdk project is abandoned, either there has been no needed modification of the centreon API since a long time (but it doesn’t work).Ansible module was a great community initiative, ans it should be a great idea centreon to develop and support official ansible module for the latest version.Unless it exists, I have to hack ansible to use clapi with the shell command, but it is not very clean in a world where any ansible exists for any usages...

    Bonjour,Je pense qu’il serait intéressant de pouvoir modifier le code couleur des tuiles sur le dashboard.En effet, comme nous pouvons le voir ci-dessous, nous avons 0 hosts DOWN, cependant la couleur est rouge.Il sera plus logique d’avoir la tuile en verte à 0 et qu’elle bascule en rouge à partir de 1 host DOWN

    Hi,I would like to propose an idea to add a feature at least in the beginning to see who made the change and later also to see the list of changes made to the configuration (if I remember it correctly then just like Juniper devices show differences - show configuration | compare roll-back ). It cant be that hard, as the system already understands that there have been changes made to the configurations as it shows conf changed YES.Also would be perfect if this feature is something that can be enabled or disabled either globally or defined by user. Why like that - because if there is just 1 person doing changes in the monitoring, then he/she knows exactly what changes they have done. But if there are more people doing the changes, then it would be good to know who is doing the changes, what changes and to make sure you are not uploading somebodies half configured hosts/services etc.Sometimes people do changes to for example service or host name (if there are multiple users doing the changes), they forgot to upload the conf. I already see that there are pending changes on the probe, so if I do changes to the device that is on the same poller, I never know if I will also apply somebodies half configured host/service or if there is pending actual change.This is reference to :

    Bonjour l’orque l’on fixe un downtime nous pouvons choisir le nombre de seconde mais nous pouvons également choisir l’heure de fin ce qui fais que je peux choisir de mettre le downtime pendant 3 heures mais en mettant 10 secondes ce qui est incohérents. Sois j’ai mal compris le fonctionnement sois c’est un bug.

    Hello, with the last version of NRPE and centreon plugins I can see jobs, repositories etc… But I can’t check the scaleout repositories when it would be much more useful.repositories most are similar at disk check. So when I have Disks or repositories full with veeam it doesn’t mean that Veeam can’t do it’s job. Because with the scaleout repositories Veeam writes data to a disk (which is similar to a repository) and when it’s full continue to write on another disk (#repository).  So repositories check which is similar to disk check is useless in this case. On the other hand checking scaleout repositories would be very usefull.

    Hi encounter few weeks ago an issue with oracle tablespace plugin when it’s linked to plugable database (PDBs) Metrics return by plugin is not correct to compare to direct request in PDB : CRITICAL: Tablespace 'cpe_data' Total: 32.00 GB Used: 31.34 GB (97.95%) Free: 672.62 MB (2.05%) | From Database :  I requested the centreon support and here are there suggestions  Thank you for this, in this case the connector works with "Tablespace" storage structure (--mode='tablespace-usage' ) not with Pluggable Databases (PDBs).
