Internal server error after update from 21.04.10 to 21.10

Hello everyone,I'm trying to update Centreon 21.04.13 by following this procedure: Montée de version depuis Centreon 21.04 | Centreon DocumentationEverything is working fine during the installation but when it is finished and I try to login, I get the following error: internal server errorI’ve checked the Centreon logs but I could not find anything related to this error.Thank you in advance for your help !Kind regards

Bonjour,J’ai réinstaller centreon, j’ai bien effectuer les maj avec : Yum updatemon ip est bonne. Je me suis donc connecter sur le serveur web, est au demarrage de celle ci on m’affiche cette erreur, SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)Pouvez vous m’aider ?Merci d’avance

Bonjour, j’ai une autre question je ne comprend pas comment ajouter un host snmp v3 (os=ubuntu) j’ai cree un utilisateur avec cette commandenet-snmp-create-v3-user -ro -A STrP@SSWRD -a SHA -X STr0ngP@SSWRD -x AES snmpadminj’ai fait les teste snmpwalksnmpwalk -v3 -a SHA -A STrP@SSWRD -x AES -X STr0ngP@SSWRD -l authPriv -u snmpadmin localhost | headping centreon to 10.100.30.14 is ok

SNMP - Check dossier racine linux uniquement

Bonjour à tous,J’ai 2 partitions sur 2 disques différents sur mon serveur Linux : un dossier racine /un dossier /var/lib/jenkinsle check disk (en SNMP je précise) vérifie correctement le /var/lib/jenkins par contre le check sur le dossier racine / prend aussi le /var/lib/jenkins (ce qui me semble assez logique :-) )Y a t-il moyen d’exclure le /var/lib/jenkins dans le check du dossier racine ?Merci pour votre aide,Thierry

Debian 11 mail server monitoring problem [21.10]

Hello everyone,I am writing to you as a young IT student learning supervision with Centreon 21.10 (IT-100 license) and stuck with a problem I don't understand.As part of my work, I have to supervise 3 Linux Debian 11 servers:- An Apache 2 web server- A MariaDB server- A mail server with iRedMailThese 3 servers are installed by me.I was able to add without problems the first two to Centreon with the help of the very well written documentation and the Linux-snmp plugin (and those intended for the various services).However, the third one has a problem that I cannot explain. It adds itself well to Centreon, is detected as "available" but the ping is marked as "alert" with a loss of 20% while the other values of the linux-snmp plugin remain as "unknown".Considering that this third server is configured exactly the same way as the 2 others, both at system and snmp service level. The ping is not disturbed when I test it directly via the RHEL terminal (which hosts my Centreon server).I really d

Monitoring a port

Hello, I want to set up a service to monitor a specific port 5643 on Centreon 21.04.2 on one of my hosts. I just need to be alerted if it is up, or down. I’ve done some search's but haven’t come up with a way to do it. Anyone got any tips or suggestions for me? Thanks,Steve Arnold

Erreur Upgrate centreon apres Migration depuis une plateforme Centreon 3.4

Bonjour,J'ai récemment voulu Migré mon Centeron qui était en 3.8 en version 21.10 ,J'ai donc suivi à la lettre tout en ajustant certaines informations liées à mon environnement / infrastructure. Je suis donc arrivé au point où il faut forcer l'édition de la version via l'interface web.j'ai donc suivi et copié le répertoire d'installation là où il faut et j'ai commencé.je me suis donc retrouvé face à une erreur me disant que la base de données existait déjà. Je me suis dit qu'il a juste eu du mal à récupérer et a détecté que c'est un montage de version donc j'ai mis l'url au lieu de install.php mit upgrade.php et son lancé jusqu'à ce que je me retrouve sur l'erreur"Update-DB-20.04.0-beta.1.sql Line 22: SQLSTATE[42,000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1118 Row size too large. Pollers and Central not running after upgrade from 21.04 to 21.10

No plugin pack found appears after 7 days - Problems!

Hello, I seen another user here has posted this same exact problem. It was marked solved however it was not not resolved. Everything was working perfectly we were using the platform with plugins and building out the monitoring. Then out of nowhere we get errors “ No plugin pack found” and Oops, something went wrong” Looking at output the server requests are getting 404 errors for page not found when attempting to connect to apo.imp.centreon.com resources I have been through all the troubleshooting guidance from Centreon in regards to identifying the source problem. We are moving towards acquiring 500+ host licenses, while we are working on that we are running IT-100 licensing at the moment. This makes me believe it is not our instance that's the issue here.Would love some guidance as this may be a deal breaker for our organizational use  Troubleshooting:  /etc/centreon/license.d/epp.license - License file is validToken installedNetwork is reachableNO PROXY IS USED  Centreon version:cen

Use a resource on a template

Hello,We have PostgreSQL clusters, which each postgreSQL instances have his LUN mounted who present his folder.So i try to develop a host template with a macro DBNAME who is used on a service template to check specificaly the file system of one database and i want to use standard command from the centreon-plugins Linux NRPE3.Context :I set a new Resource :$DBNAME$ = $_HOSTDBNAME$On my Host Template i define my macro :$_HOSTDBNAME$ = xxxxxxdb01On the Service Tempate Disks inherit from OS-Linux-Disks-NRPE3-custom, i use the macro FILTERMOUNTPOINT$_SERVICEFILTERMOUNTPOINT$ = /data/postgres/$DBNAME$In my idea nagios mechanism could display the value of DBNAME from the Host macro, but it doesn’t work.It’s possible to use a resource at service template level ? or it just used at the command level ?Regards,Greg

SNMP Traps - Documentation not accurate

Hello,I installed Centreon version 21.04 and everything works perfectly. I wanted to use the SNMP Trap and that's when a problem occurs, my traps don't work. I went to the debug pagehttps://docs.centreon.com/docs/21.04/monitoring/passive-monitoring/debug-snmp-traps-management/#detailed-diagramand when I saw the diagram at the bottom I saw that I had to configure a path to a centcore.cmd file, unfortunately I don't have this file and the documentation is not accurate in this case.I wanted to know if there was a method I didn't find to still get the traps working.Thanks

Hello all,I’m having trouble with the new NVIDIA GPU SMI SSH plugin (hardware::devices::nvidia::gpu::smi::plugin).I would like to monitor the GPUs of my ESXi but the authentification doesn’t work.I tried with the ESX root account[root@Centreon plugins]# ./centreon_plugins.pl --plugin=hardware::devices::nvidia::gpu::smi::plugin --mode=stats --hostname=EsxName --ssh-username=root --ssh-password='MyEsxRootPWD' --ssh-backend=libssh --verboseUNKNOWN: auth issue: Access denied for 'password'. Récupération métrique Windows Server

Bonjour, Je dispose plusieurs machines Windows Server distante.Je mets en place le modèle OS-Windows-SNMP-Custom. Je récupère bien le ping mais pas le cpu mémoire et swap (UNKNOWN: SNMP Table Request : Timeout)J’ai autorisé le port UDP 161 entrant et 162 sortant. Le cpu est ok mais la mémoire et le swap reste en UNKNOWN: SNMP Table Request : Timeout Ce que je comprends pas c’est que certains Serveur distant Windows sont bon

Hello Community How to use NTLMV2 protocol using mssql plugin in centreon? I set in global section in the freetds.conf file ‘use ntlmv2 = yes’ but my connection doesn’t work. My server accept NTLMV2 connetion but I think that centreon plugin mssql use NTML  connection. Francis

Problem with template management

HelloI have been using Centreon (now V20.10.15) for almost 1 year, and I have activated my token to be able to download plugins pack.So I downloaded the synology plugin pack but I encounter a rather blocking problem:If I want to create a new host, in configuration/hosts/hosts and on the template tab I don’t find the template HW-Storage-Synology-SNMP-Custom,So for the moment I can't include in centreon my synology NAS except by using a linux template 😓But if I go into configuration/hosts/template, the template HW-Storage-Synology-SNMP-Custom is present 🙄Can you please tell me how I can finally use this template to integrate my synology NAS in centreon?Thank you
