Aruba stack member check with check using centreon_generic_snmp.pl

Hi,As the official Aruba stack check does not work with the Aruba switches we have, I tried to create a command using centreon_generic_snmp.pl. Can't Login after upgrade

Hi,I seegot no answer but it’s only 21 days old.I initiate this thread because I’m also interested in any handy solution one could use to access to some aggregated statistics of this kind (ie: the whole total for the set of pollers/engines typically).But also, and firstly, because, some weeks ago, on the 3 Centreon platforms I co-administer with my colleague, I noticed those charts were no more accessible, we had a message “there is no data” displayed briefly in every charts. Surprisingly, on the 3 platforms (which represents a total of 13 pollers, 10 if not counting the central servers), only one (external) poller still had been having the charts displayed.I never took the time to troubleshoot the issue and hopefully, as you can see in the image below, upgrade to 23.10.115 fixed the issue. But only for 2 of the 3 platforms !The 2 platforms which have been upgrade from 23.10.11 to 23.10.15 had the issue resolved.The 1 platform which, for “administrative” reasons had been upgraded from

Launch check only the 1st tuesday of each month

Hello everyone,I need to run a check on a server to verify the presence of a file, but only on the first Tuesday of each month between 07:00 and 18:00. I saw that it’s possible to work with time periods, but that doesn't meet my requirement of doing it only on the first Tuesday of each month.In any case, I haven't found how to do it with time periods.Thank you in advance for your help.Have a great day.Best regards.

Check with only ping request

Hello !I just set up the lastest version of Centreon, i read a lot of “how to” manual but i’m stuck on a basic thing ..I just want to set up supervision with only ping, i do not need anything else for the moment, i tried many differents way but i can ‘t ping hosts i added.I can ping them from the server with ssh commands, my virtual server do Central and pollerPlz someone can give me the right way to set it up ?Thanks

"An error occurred during authentication" after migration

I have followed the guide https://docs.centreon.com/docs/migrate/migrate-from-3-4/migration from-3-4 to 24.Just a few error when"Everything is ready !Your Centreon Platform is about to be upgraded from version 2.8.26 to 24.04.6"I had to manually run the SQL statements in the files:/usr/share/centreon/www/install/php/Update-20.04.19.php/usr/share/centreon/www/install/php/Update-20.10.11.php/usr/share/centreon/www/install/php/Update-20.10.12.phpBut when the migration is done, and I try to login, I get:"An error occurred during authentication"   If I check the browser DevTools console (F12), i see “500 Internal Server Error”. BRFredrik

Error while applying now configuration after disabling a test

Character Encoding Issue

I am using Centreon version 24.04 to monitor a Windows server. I have installed NSClient++ on the Windows server and customized a VBS script to obtain the operating system version information. However, this information includes Chinese characters. When I test it on the local machine, I get the correct result, but on the Centreon page, the places where Chinese characters should be displayed appear as garbled text.How can I solve this problem?

Hello,When i used a custom macro and want to initialise it with value macro $HOSTALIAS$ ,it’s not interpreted by centreon engine…Is it possible to do it? here on my example the ALIASDB receive not value in centreon-engine….i’ve got no value after @… althought the alias is fill on definition of the host…

Windows Exclude disk from Disks Service

Hello, Maybe it’s a stupid question but I don’t find the good syntax.I try to monitor all disks EXCEPT E: drive from a Windows Server in NRPE3.My command:/usr/lib64/nagios/plugins/check_centreon_nrpe3 -H 10.216.0.7 -p 5666 -t 30 -u -2 -P 8192  -c check_drivesize -a "drive=*" "perf-config=used(unit:B)used %(ignored:true)" "filter=type = 'fixed' and name not regexp '.*yst.*'" "warning=total_used>90%" "critical=total_used>95%"  When I use the arg Exclude=e:, it works. But how to add this argument in the console to parameter the service?When I just addIt isn’t taking in count. Can you help me? Laurent

Metrics graph-monitoring

FR:Bonjour,Je souhaite retirer la métrique "Usage" de mon graphique de monitoring, car elle pose des problèmes pour l'échelle. Je peux la désélectionner manuellement, mais lorsque je fais une rotation de mes vues personnalisées, elle se réactive automatiquement. Comment puis-je désactiver cette métrique de façon permanente ? Je sais qu'avec les dashboards, je peux le faire, mais les autres widgets ne me conviennent pas pour ce que je fais.Merci d'avance pour votre aide !EN :Hello,I would like to remove the "Usage" metric from my monitoring graph as it causes issues with the scale. Resources exclusion

Hi,Is there a way to exclude services/hosts from resources view.For example if we are monitoring cisco devices software (service is called Software) and we have these outputs:SNMP OK - "Cupertino 17.09.05"SNMP OK - "Cupertino 17.09.04a"And I want to see in the resources view only Cupertino 17.09.05Is there any way to exclude Cupertino 17.09.04a from list.I tried this: s.description:software information:^(?!Cupertino 17.09.04a) and this is not working.

[MAP] - problem display Meta-services graphics

Problems with migrating my Remote Server to my Central Server

Hi guys,I’m having trouble and I would appreciate if you could help me. I’m trying to migrate my remote server to my Central Server but it doesn’t work. Both are at the latest version of 24.04 Centreon. How ? While attempting with the command: /usr/share/centreon/bin/registerServerTopology.sh -u atlantique \-t remote -h 10.X.X.X (Central IP Address) -n MKSRVSUP001 In my network I don’t have a proxy and each server has 2 network interfaces, one called admin and the other for the production.I put the credentials of the account atlantique which is admin and has all access to API.It returns back to me:Error code 500 message Request failed to Central API: Idle Timeout reached for http://(Central IP address)/centreon/v24.04/api/loginHow should I solve this pleaseBest regardsBigCroco

Remote server not running and export files are not copy on remote server from central

Hello, From my central web gui, the export seems not copy files on my remote server and i don’t knowwhy???View of central:View of remote server: export config from web gui central:on the log file of centreon-gorgone of central, we can see some errors: It’s seems that Central vm can’t send file to the remote server….the telnet from central to remote server is working fine with zmq (tcp port 5556)and gorgone service has been restarted on the 2 vms + gorgone config file of remote server has been apply on the remote server. Do you know where issue could comming from? ThanK i
