Disk Free vgs

Hello,When I do the "vgs" command I realize that Vfree is at 0I've tried several ways to enlarge it but I can't. I enlarged the space on the vm too.I'm on VMware.

Des services supprimés apparaissent toujours

Bonjour,j’ai supprimé des services d’hôtes mais je les vois toujours dans le statut des ressources.J’ai exporté la configuration des collecteurs plusieurs fois.Les compteurs de la page des ressources me montrent 52 services mais il y en a 140 affichés :Les 52 sont ceux des collecteurs et du Central. Les autres sont des services que j’ai supprimés et ils sont orphelins : ils n’ont pas de parent.J’ai aussi supprimés tous les fichiers cfg sur les pollers, mais rien n’y fait;Merci pour votre aide.Cordialement.Alain

Centreon 22.04.01 - Service check results not visibles in web interface

Hello.Since the last updating of our centreon platform (IT-100, 22.04.1), some service checks are no longer visible in Ressources Status view. In addition, the number of services checked reported is not correct: 605 instead of 854.In “Configuration > Services > Services by host” all services are present and enabled.In centengine.log, I saw Warning and Critical check result not reported in web interface.Manual execution of check missing is ok.Disk space is ok.What could be the problem ?Best regards,Eric

Sound alerts

Live Top 10 Storage Usage

Hello, There are widgets such as Live Top 10 CPU Usage and Live Top 10 Memory Usage.But I can’t find Live Top 10 Storage Usage to display top 10 disk usage of my servers. Is it existing or will it be soon ? Thanks and have a nice day !

Caractère non reconnu + Performance data

Bonjour,Nous essayons de mettre en place la supervision de performance windows avec  "Perfmon" en utilisant le plugin check_NRPE afin d’avoir dans centreon des graphs ressemblant à cela: Suite à la tentative de mise en place de tout cela j’ai 2 problèmes: 1- Du coté Centreon web, je n’ai pas de remonté de graph :En cliquant sur l’icone graph j’ai No Data available For this Period alors que les données de performance sont bien récupérées en bas à droite :   2- Les machines étant en Français les compteurs de performance contiennent des caractères spéciaux  (é, ', ) que Centreon n'arrive pas a interprété :  Le script porwershell est bien fonctionnel : Par contre ça commence à se dégrader sur le poller : Je vous remercie d'avance pour votre assistance.Cordialement,Ismaël

Resource status icons for services Centreon 22.10

Display extended output in map

Hello,I have migrated to the newest version of map and I can no longer display an extended Output on map with the widget Output.When using #statusOutput##extendedOutput#in the widget, the #extendedOutput# will be replaced by NA.Did someone experience the same behavior ?

Problem with timezone

Hi, we have a Centreon Server with  version 19.10.10 (commit 98cbed5e4). Our server, php and Apache configs are set to Atlantic/Canary timezone. My user also has Atlantic/Canary timezone The problem is when I show a gaph, on web interface, for example CPU load, it shows 1 hour minus than real. I mean , now there is 16:20 but graph shows 15:20. If I export the graph in PNG format time is ok and graph shows 16:20 on last data.If I set my centreon user timezone to Europe/Madrid (Atlantic/Canary +1h) the graph ends on 16:20 but should end in 17:20. If I export it times are ok. I’ve tried setting my user timezone to Buenos Aires (12:20 PM) and then the graph is displayed correctly. Again exported grahp on PNG format is ok. I tired also with Lisbon and London timezones with same bad results that on Atlantic/Canary. I think is a bug but don’t know how to debug it. Maybe updating to a more recent version of centreon? Someone has the same problem?

Centreon - Issue with ACL Ressource group at the creation of a new host by a normal user

Hello,When you create a new host with a normal user, the filed ACL Resource groups appears and you must provide a data.This field doesn’t appear when you create a new host with an admin account and more annoying, the field is no more present once the host is created. You cannot correct a mistakeDo you have a procedure which allows me to modify the value I provided in the field “ACL Resource Groups” in case of error?

Installing MAP on a 22.10 version of Centreon

Hi, I’m trying to install MAP on my fresh new install of Centreon in 22.10 folowwing this :https://docs.centreon.com/fr/docs/graph-views/map-web-install/ But the cmd yum install centreon-map-engine  return that :# yum install centreon-map-engineLast metadata expiration check: 0:06:59 ago on Fri 03 Mar 2023 10:15:39 AM GMT.No match for argument: centreon-map-engineError: Unable to find a match: centreon-map-engine Any idea ?

Centreon Map Geoview status error

Graphs not working in 22.10.7

Hi!First time posting here, It’s been some time since we had working graphs on Centreon and I’m trying to see if I can make them work again. Here is a summary of the situation : It’s been like this for 6 months. This morning I updated from 22.04 to 22.10 but it’s the exact same thing: I either have “ No data available for this period ” or graphs but without any data on them. I saw other posts from other users and tried the solutions (like adding an IPv4 output named centreon-broker-rrd, see), but nothing seems to work. I appreciate any help :) Thanks!

Encryption MSQL

Hello,We currently monitor SQL Server without any encryption in the communication (all is working fine).We would like to activate encryption for all communications with our SQL Server (option Force Encryption = Yes), but we don't how to accept this encryption in Centreon.Could you please help us ?

[Broker] Lua script could not be compiled

HiI use Centreon IT-100 Edition, 22.10.5, on a standalone Linux Debian 11.I would like to be able to use the stream connector to send my alerts in Opsgenie.So I followed the documentation here: https://docs.centreon.com/docs/21.10/integrations/event-management/sc-opsgenie/ but nothing is sent to Opsgenie.I double checked my configuration: parameter of the connector, api key value, permission in Opsgenie, access to api url, etc. but all is good.I tried to execute the lua script and no output appeared (normal) so I think all is good for Lua in my system.Here are the lua packages installed:~$ apt list lua* --installedListing... Storage list near saturation

Bonjour,J’aimerais pouvoir ajouter un widget à ma vue personnalisée qui permettrait de voir le top 10 des espaces disques qui consomment le plus sur une version 22.10 de centreon Open Source. J’ai remarqué sur la documentation Centreon qu’il existait le widget “Storage list near saturation”, mais je n’arrive pas a trouvé le widget en question, est-ce que le widget existe sur la version 22.10 ? Est-elle payante ? Invalid Date

Hello,When deploying latest Centreon v22.10.5 from OVF image or through “unattended.sh” script, everywhere where the date needs to show up, I’m getting “Invalid Date” instead. Please see the image bellow. Any idea how it can be fixed?Thank you

Centreon MAP : problème à la sauvegarde

Bonjour,Suite à l’installation de Centreon MAP, je rencontre un bug lors de la création d’une Map contenant un cadre et un objet provenant de Centreon.C’est une installation toute fraiche de la solution MSP réalisée par une personne de l’équipe Centreon dans sa toute dernière version sur du Redhat 8.Chaque service/fonctionnalité est sur un serveur dédié. Centreon est en version 22.10.04 relié à une BdD MariaDB déportée. Le serveur MAP possède quant à lui sa propre base de données.Tous les accès sont pour le moment en http et le résultat du diagnostic.sh sur MAP est OK.Les premiers tests qui ont été réalisé sont bien évidemment le reboot, la vérification du lancement des services et les logs Centreon-map-engine.Testé à la fois sur Chrome Engine et Firefox pour un résultat identique. Je créé donc une vue map dans laquelle je créé un cadre basique dans lequel je place un objet ou un widget et que je groupe. Je refait la même manipulation à coté avec un autre cadre, un autre objet et donc

Multiple records (view) for the same entry

Dear Centreon community, I’m facing an abnormal behavior on my platform Centreon (22.10.0) deployed from the template provided  by Centreon. I’ve imported all my assets by using CLAPI. The file use has one entry only per asset.  But, when I check on centreon, I can have up to 5 times the same records…. I’m unable to understand why! Does somebody has already experienced this issue ? Cheers,

Host not showing up with a remote poller

Hello I’ve deployed a Centreon Central server on site A and a remote poller on site B. When i configure a new host being monitored by the Central, no problem.When i configure a new host (on site B) being monitored by the remote poller (on site B) (which is well running and can communicate with the host i want to monitor), the host is not showing up in the ressources details. So i can’t add any services or so to be monitored by the remote poller. Am i missing something ?

The old style rrd graphs

Hi Watch community, We upgrading from Centreon v2.4.2 to Centreon v22.10.We like very much the old school style rrd graphs (see attached comparison).1.OLD 2.NEW Is that possible to bring back the rdd graphs like in item no. 1 ?Kind of parameter , settings ,  checkbox  that can revert to produce like in item no. 1. Thanks

Graph has no data on Centreon v. 22.10.4

I have a fresh installed of Centreon v. 22.10.4 but all the graph are empty. I have checked the central-rrd-master log and rrd file is being updated but no data is showing on the graph. Unknown service on centreon monitoring

Hi there, I creat a perl script “sandvine_pts_system_overview.pl” to obtain “mapped sessions” of servers.The probleme is: when I go in monitoring → status details, the status of the service is “Unknown”.For informations, the script is working in command line with Centreon user and I use 2.8.27 centreon version.Any solutions ? thanks :)
