delayed graphics 22.10

Hello,I checked that my graphics are updating but it is showing delay. All services.This happens only in the central, in the remote servers they are ok.I don't see any errors in the rrd, broker files...Does anyone have any ideas?delayed about 3 daysLast 7 days:

Graphs 'There's no data' after upgrading to 23.04

Hi there,I recently updated centreon from 23.02 to 23.04.Now, all my graphs are stating that there is no data like so : Can you please help me solving my issue ? =)   PS: I do not think it has anything to do with it, but I had to run this command for centreonweb to work : /usr/share/centreon/bin/console cache:clear I do have centreon-broker-master properly configured (I checked other posts solutions)

Adding monitoring from a file

Hello The Watch Community !I’ve received this request from a user : to add in Centreon a monitoring from a file (CSV or Excel) or a mail, with this kind if information :DateTime | Status (OK or KO)Data are sent each 15 minutes. The request is to exploit the data to create a chart, and be able, as usual with Centreon monitoring, to handle issues, by sending mail to a dedicated email address.I really don’t know if the content of a file or a mail can be used as a source for monitoring.Thank you !

Not Intbound Traffic graph

HelloI have a Centreon 20.10.18 server and for a while I've been having a little problem viewing network graphs.Outbound graphs are well-drawn, but although data from outgoing connections exist, the inbound graphs are not visibles 😥Exemple:I have this behavior on absolutely all network card graphicsIf you can help me and solve this problem I would greatly appreciate it.Thanks in advance

As400 connector cannot decode response

problem with images on Centreon MAP nothing is displayed as before

I have created a new server with Centreon on it and I would like to import my old MAPs from the old server but except that I have imported all the MAPs and images and the images in the MAPs are not displayed. And I did import all the database and everything is well installed it is verified. Would anyone have a solution for me please?

Problème d'historique sur centreon

Bonjour, Je me permets de vous contacter car j’ai un souci au  niveau des historiques de Centreon. En effet, il nous manque beaucoup de log sur le champ timeline.Je souhaiterais que les logs apparaissent surtout quand il y a un changement d’états (de warning en critical, etc ..)Pourriez-vous me dire où dois-je regarder pour corriger cela. A noter que sur certains hôtes monitorés, je n’ai pas ce problème alors qu’ils utilisent les mêmes sondes. Aucun problème n’a été trouvé également sur les graphes je vous remercie par avance de vos réponses

Web interface issue

Hello, Since last week, I can’t access to my Centreon web interface.Even when we try to go to an old snapshot, it doesn’t work. When I try to access to the web interface, I only have a white page without any error.I still have notifications for alerts. No change has been made. Anyone have an idea ? Thanks and have a nice day !

Change the parameters for calculating the average point / maximum value

On my graph, I see dots every 5 minutes, marked in red.These points, placed every 5 minutes, are calculated from measurements taken every minute. So 5 measurements every minute Centreon calculates the average of these 5 measurements and then displays it. I would like to display the instantaneous value measured every minute. The instantaneous values available are updated every minute and take either a value of 15 or 500.So if for 5 minutes centreon measures a value of 500 centreon will display 124. (15+15+15+15+500)/5=112 which corresponds to the maximum value on my graph.However, if for 5 minutes it only sees values at 15, it will display 15.What should I do? (I've already tried making several changes to my service settings, graph.... without success). If this isn't possible, how can I get it to display the maximum value seen during the 5 minutes ?

Hello,When I do the "vgs" command I realize that Vfree is at 0I've tried several ways to enlarge it but I can't. I enlarged the space on the vm too.I'm on VMware.

Des services supprimés apparaissent toujours

Bonjour,j’ai supprimé des services d’hôtes mais je les vois toujours dans le statut des ressources.J’ai exporté la configuration des collecteurs plusieurs fois.Les compteurs de la page des ressources me montrent 52 services mais il y en a 140 affichés :Les 52 sont ceux des collecteurs et du Central. Les autres sont des services que j’ai supprimés et ils sont orphelins : ils n’ont pas de parent.J’ai aussi supprimés tous les fichiers cfg sur les pollers, mais rien n’y fait;Merci pour votre aide.Cordialement.Alain

Centreon 22.04.01 - Service check results not visibles in web interface

Hello.Since the last updating of our centreon platform (IT-100, 22.04.1), some service checks are no longer visible in Ressources Status view. In addition, the number of services checked reported is not correct: 605 instead of 854.In “Configuration > Services > Services by host” all services are present and enabled.In centengine.log, I saw Warning and Critical check result not reported in web interface.Manual execution of check missing is ok.Disk space is ok.What could be the problem ?Best regards,Eric

Live Top 10 Storage Usage

Hello, There are widgets such as Live Top 10 CPU Usage and Live Top 10 Memory Usage.But I can’t find Live Top 10 Storage Usage to display top 10 disk usage of my servers. Is it existing or will it be soon ? Thanks and have a nice day !

Caractère non reconnu + Performance data

Bonjour,Nous essayons de mettre en place la supervision de performance windows avec  "Perfmon" en utilisant le plugin check_NRPE afin d’avoir dans centreon des graphs ressemblant à cela: Suite à la tentative de mise en place de tout cela j’ai 2 problèmes: 1- Du coté Centreon web, je n’ai pas de remonté de graph :En cliquant sur l’icone graph j’ai No Data available For this Period alors que les données de performance sont bien récupérées en bas à droite :   2- Les machines étant en Français les compteurs de performance contiennent des caractères spéciaux  (é, ', ) que Centreon n'arrive pas a interprété :  Le script porwershell est bien fonctionnel : Par contre ça commence à se dégrader sur le poller : Je vous remercie d'avance pour votre assistance.Cordialement,Ismaël

Hello,I have migrated to the newest version of map and I can no longer display an extended Output on map with the widget Output.When using #statusOutput##extendedOutput#in the widget, the #extendedOutput# will be replaced by NA.Did someone experience the same behavior ?

Problem with timezone

Hi, we have a Centreon Server with  version 19.10.10 (commit 98cbed5e4). Our server, php and Apache configs are set to Atlantic/Canary timezone. My user also has Atlantic/Canary timezone The problem is when I show a gaph, on web interface, for example CPU load, it shows 1 hour minus than real. I mean , now there is 16:20 but graph shows 15:20. If I export the graph in PNG format time is ok and graph shows 16:20 on last data.If I set my centreon user timezone to Europe/Madrid (Atlantic/Canary +1h) the graph ends on 16:20 but should end in 17:20. If I export it times are ok. I’ve tried setting my user timezone to Buenos Aires (12:20 PM) and then the graph is displayed correctly. Again exported grahp on PNG format is ok. I tired also with Lisbon and London timezones with same bad results that on Atlantic/Canary. I think is a bug but don’t know how to debug it. Maybe updating to a more recent version of centreon? Someone has the same problem?
