ESXi and VCenter monitoring

Hello TeamI am configuring monitoring for ESXi and VCenter servers. I have a problem with one environment where  is vcenter in version 7.0 and esxi in version 6.5 and 7.0. Is VCenter 7.0 compatible with centreon 22.04 and it should work? i get error : UNKNOWN: Cannot get response (timeout received). With the other vcenter in version 6.5 i had no such problem.

Hello,Mon host est associé à un poller différent du poller central.La commande de discovery manuelle est exécutée sur le poller central.Le flux snmp n’étant pas ouvert entre le poller central et le serveur à intérroger, la découverte ne fonctionne pas.Y-a-t’il un moyen que la commande de découverte parte du poller où est déclaré le host à monitorer ?Ma plateforme est en version : 22.04.7.Cordialement

filter out results from snmp

Metrics in /var/lib/centreon/metrics: How is it calculated ?

Hello everybody ,I have a question for you .How are calculated metrics in /var/lib/centreon/metrics  In my CENTRAL folder each files are 76K or 224K for some of them .But for my remote serveur , each file are 2.1M and my folder is full . I want to purge them , but they come over and over .How to purge really ?

Host Templates plug-ins not displayed in list

Hello,I have a problem with my Centreon 21.04.4.If I install a new plug-in in my case Virt-VMWare2-ESX, the corresponding templates doesn’t appear in “Templates” in Host configuration.How can I troubleshoot this problem or rebuid the template list (in host configuration) ?Thank you and best regards,Evo

Hello there,is there a way to monitor if a server needs an upgrade (MS Windows, Debian, CentOS, ...) with SNMP?Or the only solution is to install NRPE and check_update on each server?Thanks for your help

snmpget response too long: Timeout

Hello, I am using an snmpget request to read an extend mib on a remote client, but the request fails.I have a timeout because the snmpget must read a .txt file which seems to be too long for it. (it works when I remove lines).Is there an option in snmpget to do an "auto-reduce" used in plugin packs? The commad is: snmpget -t 20 -v3 -u user -l authPriv -a SHA -A password -x AES -X password -Oqv NET-SNMP-EXTEND-MIB::nsExtendOutputFull.\InterfacesErrors\” thank you

Hi everyone, how are you?I have a server centreon, and i want graph only interface traffic xgigabitethernet0/0/1, but it the command, show all interfaces that match the pattern “XGigabitEthernet0/0/1X”. Centreon vmware plugin

Windows Disk Supervision

Hello,I want to monitor my D: partition on a Windows server. I use the 'OS-Windows-Disk-Generic-ID-SNMP' plugin and I set the DISKID value to 1. It is the C: drive that comes up.With the 'OS-Windows-Disk-Generic-Name-SNMP' plugin, I set the value D: for the DISKNAME option and it's still the C: drive that comes up.Could you help me ?Thanks in advanceSteve

How to send events from Centreon to Zenoss using json

Hi,I’d like to send host_status and service_status events from Centreon to Zenoss using json. I found the informations about third-party integrations but nothing about Zenoss. Did someone try to do it? Or has any idea which stream connector can be similar to send data using json. Can't install Centreon NSClient WS 2016

Hello, I recently installed a new server (windows 2016), and I simply can’t install Centreon NSClient, the install button remain greyed out (i’m running it as admin and can button isnt greyed out on another 2016 server) I was perfectly able to install it on other 2016 servers with the same installer. I was able to install other programms on the server. If I unzip the installer i’m able to install the standard NSClient installer. If anyone has an idea, thank you ;)

Issue with Host template configuration on Central

SNMP check RAM returns negative value for Hirschmann switch

Hello,I am using the Hirschmann plugin pack to monitor a switch.The memory service returns a strange critical error:CRITICAL: Memory total: 79.77 MB used: -87.12 MB (-109.22%) free: 166.88 MB (209.22%)Here is the command :/usr/lib/centreon/plugins//centreon_hirschmann.pl --plugin=network::hirschmann::standard::snmp::plugin --mode=memory --hostname=10.0.X.X --snmp-version='3'  --privpassphrase='XX' --authprotocol='MD5' --snmp-username='admin' --privprotocol='DES' --authpassphrase='XX' --warning-memory-usage-prct='80' --critical-memory-usage-prct='90' The other checks are not a problem: CPU, Process, Hardware…The poller is installed on a debian server and the version of the net-snmp package is 5.9+dfsg-3Is there a solution to this problem?Best regards

Pollers aren't updated, Central couldn't parse pollers data

Warning export config poller has no services associated with it!

Hello,In Centreon I have duplicate check with Ping for my hosts.One on the host and a second as a service.When I remove the check with the Ping service, I have this warning when exporting the poller configuration :Warning "name host" has no services associated with it!Is it possible to remove this warning or am I doing it wrong ? Thank you

Centreon Generic SNMP - Get a raw value instead of an interpretation

Hi,I am currently monitoring a QNAP NAS with SNMP, and i wasn’t really satisfied with the way the QNAP plugin handled the data and i had compatibility issues with some of the functions so i decided to make my own checks for the memory utilisation.Here’s my issue :Basically, when i ask for the amount of free memory on my NAS with a get-snmp request, i get this value :This is exactly what i want on Centreon since i can display this on a graph.However, when i use the generic-snmp plugin with the same parameters, i get this…It seems that the plugin interprets the result as “ok” without giving me the actual value. Using the --verbose flag doesn’t change the result either.How do i formulate the snmp command to get a proper value? Disk display properly with NRPE

Hi, I used to use SNMP to monitor the disk space of my servers and I used --filter-perfdata='storage.space|used|free' to have a nice display in my web interface and in my notifications. Today I use NRPE but unfortunately the display is like this: What option would allow me to have the used space in % or the free space in %?what i have now :( Thanks in advance :)

Too many traffic ethernet

Hello,With the template OS-Windows-Traffic-Global-SNMP i’m able to have the traffic in and out of the host but i don’t why that take many interface (even if i have only one) and it to me. I discover that the different traffic in are equal with each other and the out are equal too with each other. It doesn’t have an impact because in the graph they print in the same path, however when they are too many i can’t have information.  In this picture it show the problem and i have only one interface.If you have any idea will be great.
